Virgin Speech

Had my maiden speech today in the outreach to United World College at Dover Road.



Before
Stressed. Nervous. Complete Wreck. Enuf said.



During
Seems not steady enuf. Beri newbie feel. Dun really think was a good presentation.



After
Ecstatic. Endorphin rush.
Perhaps wad make the endorphins burst out would be having lunch over at Clementi. It has been so long since I've seen the sun outside of NUS during a weekday. Miserable life I have.



With more outreachs coming, looks like I will be bogged down with work; especially since the polytechnic application is starting soon...........

OAM Chalet

26th January evening to 28th January morning was spent for the OAM Chalet. In fact, quite many turned up for the BBQ on 27th evening. Frankly speaking it was okay.



YES
1) Surprising to see so many turn up. The office really have good colleagues.
2) See them bring their family members, especially Evonne's cute little ger; so hyperactive and cute!!!
3) Having so many crowd around to kp abt a soccer match makes soccer watching more interesting.



NO
1) Chalet not meant for sleeping, perhaps we old liao dats why need our beauty sleep.
2) More games perhaps, especially the stupid ones like Name Game or Murderer or even the Number Game, wd haf been more fun!
3) Wads the fun in BBQ if most food are ready made?? Joy begins in starting from scratch.



Overall, I would rate as okay. Perhaps, the reason being in SJAB, we guys are more crazy and wild in having fun!!!

Speck vs Plank

Post-MC Weekday

Took MC for yesterday. Sumhow, the virus seems to be circulating in the office. Even though my MC is for 2 days, still came back. For settling all the loose ends as well as help my IC wif the campus tour.



Finally, after a weekday at home; of not having to go to work; I realize how much I yearn for free weekdays. However, dun think will have much chances. Perhaps the routine office job really ain't suitable for me.



A look at my medicine still shows how weak I'm currently.



1) Anarex - Panadol + Muscle Relaxant
Cause drowsiness and relaxes your joints and muscle aches
2) Rhinamine - For runny nose
Cause drowsiness
3) Celexin - Antibiotics
Kill the virus
4) Loperamide - Stomach
Dehydrate the body



Such a potent mixture leaves me so weak I might KO anytime.............

Anyone care to teach me the art of matrix to siam arrows??? Wif all the international schools now trying to shoot arrows, I muz think of ways to avoid the arrows!!!

Few updates on the miserable pitiful no-life of XiaoBai.



1) Student no more, Adult I am.
Yup, end of my studying life. Now thrown into the life of working. Slogging thru the week so dat I can go out on weekends to squeeze wif the others same as me!!!



2) "When are you getting married?"
25 years of age, and everyone around you is probing into your love life. Well, go ask others, bother me not.



3) Circle you mix with.
Although it has been hard and rather occasional den regular, it is still comforting to know dat I've tried to keep in contact wif those I truly care. As for my colleagues, nice people. Juz perhaps, not sure how to mix in as they tok about the gers' topics. Hope can make really good frens within dis circle.



4) Topics for blogging
There are actually quite a lot to blog about. Juz dat I'm not interested. Shd hafta blog abt things I'm interested in. Heck care wadever 'important' issues there are out there. My issues are more precious den those.
